New KOT blocked due to Pending KOT

Introduction

This error/message is shown if there are pending KOTs from the previous day.
The KOT application does not allow new KOTs until all KOTs from the previous day are either billed or canceled.

There are 3 solutions to resolve this issue.

1. Generate bill for pending KOT.

2. Cancel KOT from the app

  • Go to KOT Memo.
  • Long press on the pending Tables.
  • A popup will ask for a reason. Type the reason & click on Ok.
  • Another popup will ask for authorization credentials.
    A user with table cancel privilege should type their credentials and click on Log In.
  • The app will automatically navigate to home page & displays Order has been canceled. message.

3. Cancel KOT from the Desktop App.
